Rents from the 1st of the month till the last day of the month during peak season months Jan - April , any day of week during off season months May - Nov as long as its 30 nights.

The beautiful Fort Myers Vacation Rental is part of the private Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club gated community -   The Kelly Greens amenities, which require membership transfer (see below), include an 18-hole championship golf course, professional golf shop, and intimate restaurant in a majestic natural Florida setting with various species of birds and plant life. The members of Kelly Greens also enjoy various recreational and social amenities, including tennis courts, a Clubhouse swimming pool, a center for activities, and an exercise facility. The private restaurant at Kelly Greens offers upscale dining, a full bar, and more. A Fitness Center with up-to-date equipment provides modern, multi-level fitness opportunities adaptable to individual requirements and enjoyment, .

AMENTIES WITH OUT MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER - Manor 5 Condominium Association provides a community pool.

MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER:  Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club offers a Membership Transfer,  you can play Golf or use the Dining Membership.  A Membership Transfer Form with rates (rates are subject to change) will be emailed to you upon booking, and you will need to contact Kelly Greens directly to Transfer Membership. Once you have received the form from Royal Shell, you will fill it out, return it to Kelly Greens, and put a Credit Card on file.  Membership Transfer is optional but must be transferred at least two weeks in advance with Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club. The Kelly Greens MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER FEE IS NOT INCLUDED in your reservation total. Royal Shell Vacations is not responsible for changes in Membership Transfer fees.
