NOTE: The Avalon Preserve Condominium Association requires that a Lease Application is to be submitted 60 days prior to arrival. The Lease application requires that a criminal background check be ran on all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease $25 per adult US, $35 per adult Canadian, $85 per adult overseas.
