To the west, you'll have deeded beach access directly across the street! One of Royal Shell's largest homes, it sits on 2.5 acres of property and is fully landscaped with exotic palms, a butterfly garden, and a water feature. This property is also home to the only pair of nesting bald Eagles on Captiva Island (during nesting season, the nest is monitored by the SCCF). Enjoy a coffee or cocktail and watch the dolphins and manatees play from one of two second-floor screened lanais.
