Beautifully renovated 1st floor condo in Harbor Lakes in Bonita Bay. tranquil lake view from lanai with conversation seating as well as table and chairs for dining. 2 bedrooms with an open desk space off the kitchen with views of the lake. Mater bedroom with King bed, tv, esuite bath with walk in shower and separate tub. Guest room with Queen bed. Laundry room in residence off garage. There are a few steps from garage to residence, but no steps entering through the front door. Residents will enjoy a variety of Bonita Bays wonderful amenities including; the ten miles of walking and bike paths, use of the tennis courts situated at Riverwalk Park, the private beach park on Bonita Beach and the bus shuttle that taxis residents to and from, canoe and kayak launches as well. The beach club provides lounge chairs, restrooms and showers, charcoal grills and gazebos with picnic tables. **12.2022- currently there is not a shuttle to private beach- since hurricane IAN, Bonita Beach is not open. Do not have an ETA at this time. .WIFI and Cable included. Harbor Lakes offer a pool which is ust steps away from the condo! Owners use the property during other times of the year.
